The answer is pH. Milady states this directly: "only aqueous (water) solutions have pH. Nonaqueous solutions, such as alcohol or oil, do not have pH."

pH is a measure specific to water-based (aqueous) solutions — it describes hydrogen-ion concentration in water. A nonaqueous solution, by definition, has no water in it, so the pH scale simply doesn't apply. Shape, volume, and mass all still apply to nonaqueous solutions the same as any other liquid; pH is the one property that's genuinely off the table.

Why this trips people up: this question was keyed to "shape" in FadeJunkie's own bank until a July 2026 textbook audit corrected it against a direct quote.
