The answer is the easiest ones. Milady's test-day strategy list states directly: answer the easiest questions first to save time for the more difficult ones.
The same list adds a practical follow-up: quickly scanning all the questions first may clue you in to which ones will be harder, and making a note of any skipped questions so you can return to them later. Question length isn't the criterion the book uses — difficulty is.
