What Do You Call Showing Up and Doing Good Work, Day After Day?

The answer is a strong work ethic. It's the consistent effort and reliability you bring to clients and your shop, day after day.

A strong work ethic isn't the same thing as integrity, which is about honesty and living up to your values, or raw technical skill, which is about how good your cuts are. Work ethic is about showing up and putting in the effort consistently, regardless of how skilled you already are.
